Shipping & Handling Costs
Free Express Post Shipping – Express Post service is a fast and economical delivery services that offers guaranteed next business day delivery of your parcel when sending it through the Express Post network.
All orders are posted with free shipping. Parcels will be sent via registered post with signature on delivery and extra cover.
Ordering & Delivery
After placing an order with Megaceuticals the process is as follows:
1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
2. When the goods are dispatched, you shall receive an email confirming your delivery has been successfully shipped.
3. Goods shall be packaged in a discreet manner which shall prevent product damage during transport.
4. Goods ordered prior to 3.00pm Eastern Australia time shall be dispatched the same business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from us advising you that it has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number which can be found in your Order History in your Member Zone. To track your order, simply visit Australia Post and enter the tracking ID that has been provided to track how your parcel is going. If your delivery seems to be taking too long please email us and we will sort it out for you immediately.
Damaged & Incorrect Items: At Megaceuticals we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please email us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
We are not a try and buy store. Since every individual has different perceptions on what does and does not taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received.
We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email. After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.
It is recommended that you use registered post for all returns to insure your delivery for safe return. If you choose not to register your parcel for return, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 14 days of purchase.
NOTE: We are unable to refund or accept returns on any protein bars/cookies.
In the event of returning a free shipping item there is a mandatory deduction of $10 from your total refund
